Everything here comes out of delivery work: the specification that arrived half-written, the ticket that sat in a queue because nobody had time to read the history, the configuration decision that nobody recorded and everybody later argued about.
The team's experience is in the practice itself — running waves, running support, and being accountable when an estate does not behave. That is a different vantage point from building tooling for an industry you have read about.
What we think is actually wrong
SAP delivery does not mostly fail on effort or on talent. It fails on the things nobody wrote down — the gap a developer quietly filled, the reasoning behind a deviation, the answer that was known once and then left with the person who left.
Speed is the thing every tool in this market sells. We think it is the consequence of getting the design work right, and that selling it first invites exactly the question the buyer should be asking: what did you skip?
How we build
Small and deliberate. Every product is used on our own delivery work before it is offered to anyone else, and the ones that do not survive that are not shipped.
We would rather be measurably useful to a handful of practices than carry a long customer list and a reputation we have to defend.
