How SysAutonomy handles personal data collected through this website, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Last updated 2 October 2026

Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Daystrom Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India, which publishes the SysAutonomy products. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and you are the Data Principal.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Data you or your organisation put into the SysAutonomy products is governed by your separate agreement with us, not by this page. See Product data below.

What we collect

Only what you choose to type into the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company
  • Your role
  • Your message, if you write one

Nothing else. If you do not use the contact form, we collect no personal data about you at all.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or behavioural trackers, no session recording, no social media pixels and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to any other company. We do not build profiles and we do not buy or enrich data about you from anyone else.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

For one purpose: to reply to your enquiry — a demo request, a question about the products, or a question about our services. We process it on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form, which is specific to that purpose.

We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer below. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it was: one email, no form and no reason required. We will stop processing your data and erase it, unless we are required by law to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place while consent was valid.

Who else sees it

Your submission is delivered to us by email. To do that we use service providers — a website host and an email provider — who act as Data Processors strictly on our instructions, under contract, and who may not use your data for their own purposes. We share your data with no one else, and we transfer it to no third party for marketing.

These providers may process data outside India. Any such transfer is made in accordance with Section 16 of the Act and the Central Government’s restrictions in force at the time.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is live, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you so we have a record of what was discussed. After that it is erased. If you ask us to erase it sooner, we will — see your rights below. Where we are required by law to retain something, we keep only what the law requires and only for as long as it requires.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS and the form is transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. We take reasonable security safeguards to prevent a personal data breach, as required by Section 8(5) of the Act. If a breach does occur, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and every affected person, as required by Section 8(6).

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

  • Access — a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are processing it, and the identities of anyone we have shared it with.
  • Correction and completion — have inaccurate or misleading data corrected, incomplete data completed, and data updated.
  • Erasure — have your data deleted, unless retaining it is required by law.
  • Grievance redressal — a readily available means of raising a complaint with us, and a response within a reasonable period.
  • Nomination — nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these, write to the Grievance Officer below. We will not charge you and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Your duties

The Act also asks you not to impersonate someone else when providing personal data, not to suppress material information, and not to raise false or frivolous complaints. Please give us accurate details so we can reply to the right person.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. We do not track children or direct advertising at them. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, tell the Grievance Officer and we will erase it.

Product data

Data your organisation puts into the SysAutonomy products — user stories, specifications, generated code, support tickets — is not covered by this policy. It is governed by your agreement with us. Under that agreement your data belongs to you, we do not use it to train models, and it is exported or deleted on request. Hosting region is set per engagement.

Raising a concern

Write to our Grievance Officer first — we would rather fix it ourselves and we will respond within a reasonable period:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Other languages

This notice is available in English and, on request, in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India. Ask the Grievance Officer above.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where the change requires it, we will ask for your consent again.
